MIS Minor
Computers and technology are
everywhere, influencing many different career paths. A minor in
management information systems (MIS) provides an opportunity for
students to enhance their knowledge and credentials in the use and
development of information systems. The minor provides a unique set of
skills that can enhance a variety of majors. The minor can complement
other business majors and can enrich non-business majors such as
engineering, LAS major, others. Graduates with the MIS minor will
improve their career opportunities by differentiating themselves from
other job seekers by obtaining a valuable skill set that many
organizations seek.
